How it started
Padel4biz was born in London in 2023, when a group of founders noticed something: every time they played padel with colleagues or clients, the conversations were better, the relationships stronger, and the energy in the room afterwards was different.
They built a small league for their own companies. Within a season, word had spread across their networks. Within a year, Padel4biz was running leagues across six UK cities with hundreds of companies on the waitlist.
Today, Padel4biz is the UK's leading workplace padel league — combining a world-class platform with a genuine community of professionals who compete, connect, and come back every season.
